Hope In Christ Outreach (HICO) was started from a covenant made with God. A group of persons made a special request to God that upon a prayer answered special care would be given to Widows and Orphans as the Lord commanded.
God in His time granted the request and HICO was borne in 2020.
HICO is not only focussed on looking after widows and orphans in distress (James 1:27) but also committed to propagating the gospel of Christ through visitations, outreach programmes, radio broadcasting, crusade and evangelism.

The mission of Hope In Christ Outreach is to make living for the poor widow, aged and vulnerable women in the society.

Restoring hope to widows and single mothers in fulfilment to the higher calling of providing for widows and orphans which is very dear to God.

We endeavour to carry the message of the cross, changing life and society. Making the good news of God reach out to people who have not seen the light in Christ Jesus.
TRANSPARENCY OF HICO
HICO wholeheartedly is committed to raising funds to help poor widows and equally accounting for every single penny from our supporters and the general public.
This would be achieved by publishing statements on our website as well as the full list of widows with the corresponding information on what has been provided to them every single month.
For more than two years, HICO by the grace of God have independently, without any external sponsorship nor funds been able to cater for over 500 widows. Yet, the work is huge and we have to expand our frontiers to cater for the many widows we have in and outside the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ.
